How large or how small can my wedding be at Willow Creek?
The Estate can accommodate anywhere from 200 guests to the most intimate wedding. We can customize a package to ﬁt your dreams for your wedding day.
When do we have use of the Venue?
The entire day is yours! You can arrive early if you prefer to get ready on site or arrive later in the day for photos. You will also have access to the
property up to two days prior to drop off any decor or other items and you can pick up your remaining items the day after your wedding. We allow
this extra time to ensure that your wedding is stress free!
Is the rehearsal day an extra fee?
Your rehearsal is included in the package at no additional fee.
Is Willow Creek pet-friendly?
Yes, Bride and Groom's special pets are allowed at the pet owners' own risk and discretion. Some rules apply.
Can I bring my own decor?
Yes, Willow Creek allows creative brides freedom to enhance the estate and create a unique, personalized wedding. Some restrictions apply.
Can I hold a date? Do I need a reservation for my wedding date?
A reservation fee is required to hold a wedding date and all bookings are on a ﬁrst-come-ﬁrst-serve basis. We cannot guarantee a speciﬁc date
will still be available at the time of your tour. Dates reserve quickly due to the fact that the estate hosts only one wedding per weekend.
Can I bring in my own caterer, vendors, etc?
We have an in-house ﬂorist and a list for you to choose your DJ from, but we welcome outside vendors for photography, videography, etc.
We allow outside catering, but are partnered with outstanding local caterers who offer customizable packages. Plus we have a list of other preferred
vendors, if you need a recommendation!
