Willow Creek blossomed from humble beginnings—an untamed, vacant lot ignited with a vision. Susan Williams envisioned crafting a sanctuary for weddings in the heart of Valley Center, CA. With unwavering determination, Susan and her husband, Ed, embarked on transforming the land. Together, they labored tirelessly, clearing brush, nurturing trees, and meticulously designing the landscape of what would soon become a cherished haven. Ed's craftsmanship knew no bounds; every element, from the elegant bridal suite to the inviting bar, was handcrafted on-site with love and dedication. As the dream unfolded, it exceeded even Susan's boldest imaginings. Today, Willow Creek stands as a testament to her legacy, forever etched in the hearts of those who share in its magic

Venue Manager/Coordinator/Florist

Bethany, (Sue & Ed's daughter). started off in as a florist, opening her own small business in 2012. She started training to manage the venue in 2019 when Sue was diagnosed with late stage cancer. She has been putting her heart and soul into this venue ever since!

None of this would be possible without our exceptional team, comprised predominantly of local talents, whose invaluable support keeps this venue thriving!
